Charlotte is a Hospitality industry veteran with over 26 years experience in meeting & event planning and destination management.

After traveling all around the world working for the airlines, it was time to enter the corporate travel world. Soon her clients were asking her assistance in planning meetings across the country. This led her into selling destination services for Fortune 500 and 100 companies through several of the top destination management companies in Orlando. Here she honed her skills in creating exciting theme events, managing large transportation programs, and being an in house destination services sales manager in some of the largest hotels in Orlando.

Two years ago Charlotte brought her vast experience to South Florida. She is thrilled to be a part of the Advantage team and looks forward to opening new doors for the company.
