Aileen holds a degree in Hospitality Travel & Tourism, and is a certified Wedding Planner. She is bilingual and has over 7 years of Customer Service and Sales experience. Aileen has been with Advantage since 2004 and she can be found in various airports greeting guests, taking them out to many of our South Florida adventure-spots, be it Shopping, Kayaking, Deep Water Fishing, or spending a fun-filled day at the Everglades. She also enjoys being part of the production and décor team assisting in the creation of unique theme parties, as well as spearheading Team Building events, such as Survivor, Boat Regatta and Beach Olympics, just to name a few.

As a Miami native, she enjoys sharing her South Florida experiences and always provides excellent customer service. She represents southern hospitality at its best! Her smile and positive attitude make her a great asset to our company and we are confident that your guests will love her.
