Valeria comes to us from the prestigious Fontainebleau Resort, where she held positions in both Food and Beverage and Room Operations Divisions over the course of four (4) wonderful years. Valeria worked as part of the Management teams in Minibar, Room Service, Hospitality Sales/ Junior Catering Sales, and Tour & Travel Department’s Meeting Planning.

Her well rounded and vast experience of over 15 years, in the Hospitality Industry includes Sales, Customer Service, as well as Event Planning.

Val has been with Advantage since 2002. Besides overseeing the management of the day to day running of the growing Advantage office Valeria provides support to both Sales & Operations and pitches in wherever needed; assisting in proposal costing, working in the field as a tour escort or onsite as your talented tattoo artist!

It was discovered early on that Valeria had a natural knack and understanding for the world’s ever-changing technology. Seeing this valuable skill, she could contribute to the company, she is currently working towards earning her Network Administrator Credentials and will continue to maintain all of Advantage's operating systems and provide daily technical support to an office with over 17 work stations.
