Giovanna joined the Advantage team as a Program Manager after being out in the field as senior lead staff for over four years. Her attention to detail and logistics, as well as her commitment to quality work, allowed her to fit the role perfectly as Program Manager. Giovanna’s outgoing personality and dependability create the comfort level that clients are looking for when it comes time to operate their programs. Her experiences from the field enable her to handle unexpected circumstances with confidence and determination to getting the job done right.
