Cristina joined the Advantage family in 2002 after completing her Public Relations and Travel and Tourism degree at the University of Florida. She began as an intern and officially became a part of the operations team six months later.

Cristina operates her programs with care and charisma. You may find her warm and fuzzy sticky notes within her communications to you with a sprinkle of sarcasm both entertaining and poignant. She operates under the highest of ethical standards within the best practices of the industry and thrives to make the best of every circumstance. In addition to her duties as Program Manager as our Senior Program Manager Cristina is also responsible for maintaining the master company calendar of events, assigning Program Managers to operate programs and maintaining quality control throughout the Operations team.
